These terms cover your use of the Stumbler app and website, operated by Brilliance Mobility ("we"). By using Stumbler you agree to them.
What Stumbler is
Stumbler is an independent viewer for images on Tumblr and other sites. It is not made by, or affiliated with, Tumblr or Automattic. When you use Tumblr through Stumbler, Tumblr's own terms and community guidelines also apply.
Content
- Images you see belong to the people who posted them. Stumbler shows them as the source sites provide them; we don't host or own them.
- Only download, edit or repost images you have the right to use, and credit their creators.
- Our curated lists point to blogs we think are worth seeing; we don't control what those blogs post later. Tell us at support@getstumbler.com if one no longer belongs there.
Your account
You sign in with Tumblr. Keep your phone and Tumblr account secure; you are responsible for what is done with them through the app.
The service
Stumbler is provided as is. Features that depend on Tumblr or other sites can change or stop when those sites change. We may change or end features, including sync, and will give notice in the app or here where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content provided by other sites.
